Croxted Motor & Engineering Co. Ltd. was a British automobile manufacturer based in Heme Hill, London, that operated briefly from 1904 to 1905. The company produced its first vehicle, a two-seater car powered by an 8-horsepower, two-cylinder Aster engine, which featured a shaft drive. This initial model adhered to conventional design principles of the time, with The Automotor Journal noting that its chassis did not significantly differ from other vehicles utilizing a live axle configuration.

In 1905, Croxted expanded its offerings by introducing two four-cylinder models, rated at 14 and 20 horsepower. These vehicles incorporated honeycomb radiators, which were positioned in a conventional manner. Despite its short-lived production run, Croxted Motor & Engineering Co. Ltd. contributed to the early automotive landscape in the United Kingdom.
