Critchley-Norris Motor Co. Ltd was a British automobile manufacturer based in Bamber Bridge, Preston, Lancashire, active from 1906 to 1908. The company primarily focused on producing bus chassis rather than passenger cars, reflecting a specialization in commercial vehicle manufacturing during its brief existence.

The designs of Critchley-Norris were led by J.S. Critchley, an engineer with prior experience at Daimler, who had also been responsible for the design of the first Crossley vehicle. The company utilized 40 horsepower, four-cylinder Crossley engines in both their car and bus chassis, which were equipped with four-speed gearboxes and chain drive systems.

In addition to their bus chassis, Critchley-Norris developed the front-drive Pullcar, which was manufactured in the same facility. Despite its short operational period, the company contributed to the early automotive landscape in the United Kingdom through its engineering innovations and specialized vehicle designs.
