Arab Motors was a British automobile manufacturer based in Letchworth, Hertfordshire, operational from 1926 to 1928. The company was known for producing advanced sports cars designed by Reid Railton, who had previously collaborated with J.G. Parry-Thomas on the Leyland Eight. Railton's design philosophy would later influence his own sports car models in the 1930s.

The Arab sports car featured a 1960cc four-cylinder engine equipped with a single overhead camshaft (SOHC) that operated inclined valves. Notably, the valve springs utilized a transverse leaf type, similar to those found in the Marlborough-Thomas and Thomas Special racing cars. While it is unclear if Parry-Thomas directly contributed to the engine design, Railton's work was undoubtedly shaped by his experiences with the renowned engineer.

The overall design of the Arab was conventional for its time, incorporating a Moss four-speed gearbox and an ENV spiral-bevel rear axle. A total of approximately ten units were produced, with two of these being low-chassis models. The first Arab was manufactured at the Letchworth steel foundry of Kryn & Lahy, while subsequent units were assembled at the Phoenix company's facilities. The final few cars were completed from existing parts by Thomson & Taylor at Brooklands.
