Andri was a British automobile manufacturer active from 1933 to 1934, founded by T.B. Andri Ltd in London. The company is primarily known for producing a unique model called the Andri V6, which, despite its name, was powered by a two-cylinder engine. This engine was a 728cc V-twin unit sourced from J.A.P. (J.A. Prestwich Industries), capable of producing 28 brake horsepower. The vehicle featured a four-speed gearbox and was designed with a two-seater sports body.
The Andri V6 was notable for its innovative suspension system, which included independently sprung front wheels using a single transverse leaf spring, while the rear utilized cantilever springs. The car was built on a punt-type frame, where the body floor served as the chassis. Production of the Andri V6 was limited, with only six units manufactured during its brief existence. The factory where the Andri was produced was located near Notting Hill Gate underground station, an area that has since been repurposed for other uses.
