Alldays & Onions

This Birmingham-based manufacturer traced its roots back further than any other British car maker, having descended from two established engineering firms: Onions, founded in 1650, and Alldays, founded in 1720. By the 1880s, the combined operation occupied more than eight acres and served as a major supplier to blacksmiths, foundries, and railway companies before venturing into motor vehicle production.
