A.C. Auto Replicas was a small manufacturer based in Porthleven, Helston, in Cornwall, England. The company was unrelated to the better known AC Cars marque, despite the similarity in name.

The firm was known for producing the AC Challenger, a replica inspired by the Lamborghini Countach, joining a number of other manufacturers that built similar tribute vehicles during the same period. Unlike some replica models that reached limited production runs, the Challenger remained a rare project, with only a single V8-powered prototype ever built and shown publicly.

Little further information about the company's activities or output survived, and the AC Challenger remained a minor footnote among the many Countach-inspired replicas produced by small independent workshops in Britain.
