Cock NV was a Dutch automotive manufacturer based in Assen, established in 1958. The company initially focused on producing the Litde Tyrant, a three-wheeled truck, which catered to the utility vehicle market.

In 1968, Cock NV made its foray into the passenger car segment with the introduction of the Cockpitt, a compact city car. The Cockpitt featured all-flat panel work and was powered by either a single-cylinder petrol engine or an electric motor, reflecting the era's growing interest in alternative power sources.

Despite its innovative approach, the Cockpitt remained a singular attempt at passenger car production for the company, which primarily continued its focus on commercial vehicles. The brand's contributions to the automotive landscape, particularly in the realm of small utility vehicles, marked its presence in the Dutch automotive industry during its operational years.
