Ste des Automobiles Diederichs was a French automobile manufacturer active from 1912 to 1914. Founded by brothers Charles and Frederic Diederichs, the company was based in Charpennes, Rhône. Prior to establishing the automobile brand, the Diederichs family had a background in textile machinery, which provided them with experience in engineering and manufacturing.

The brothers had experimented with road vehicles for several years before launching their first production model. In 1912, they introduced a conventional tourer powered by a 2154cc 4-cylinder Luc Court engine, which was also utilized in the LUC COUR model. The Diederichs vehicles featured a distinctive round radiator and bonnet design reminiscent of the Delahaye-Belleville style.

Production of Diederichs automobiles was limited, with only about 60 units manufactured during the company's brief existence. The brand ultimately ceased operations in 1914, marking the end of its contribution to the early automotive industry in France.
