Brock Motors Ltd. was a Canadian automobile manufacturer based in Amherstburg, Ontario, founded in 1921. The company emerged from the ambitions of William Riley Stansell, a baker and car salesman, who initially intended to produce a vehicle under the name Stansell Motors Ltd. However, before any cars were manufactured, the company underwent a reorganization by its shareholders, resulting in the establishment of Brock Motors, with Stansell serving as the manager.

The only model produced by Brock Motors was the Brock Six, a conventional tourer that featured a 55 horsepower Continental engine. Despite the initial plans for production, the company did not achieve significant success, and only one unit of the Brock Six was completed. Following the dissolution of Brock Motors, Stansell relocated to London, Ontario, where he went on to create another vehicle known as the London Six.
