The Lassale used the mechanical components of the Chevrolet Opala 4.1. The Lassale was launched in two versions - Box, with a spoiler over the trunk, and Digital, with the spare tire built into the rear lid, in the style of the Lincoln Continental. There were also two top options - a canvas convertible and a detachable fibre glass hardtop.
