Ateliers de Construction d’Automobile Texeira, commonly referred to as Texeira, was a Belgian automobile manufacturer established in 1914. The company was based in Trooz, Belgium, and was managed by Mathieu van Roggen, who later took over the Imperia brand in 1919, leading to the merger of Texeira's operations with Imperia.
Texeira produced a limited range of vehicles before its operations were interrupted by World War I. The company offered four distinct models, all equipped with four-cylinder engines. These included the 1469cc 10CV, the 2154cc 12CV, the 3014cc 16CV, and the 4070cc 20CV. Despite its brief existence, Texeira contributed to the early automotive landscape in Belgium.
