Austro-Daimler was an Austrian automobile manufacturer that operated from 1899 to 1934. The company originated as Osterreichische Daimler Motoren Gesellschaft Bierenz, Fisher & Co. in Wiener-Neustadt, where it began producing vehicles under the Daimler license. In 1902, the company restructured and became Osterreichische Daimler Motoren GmbH, continuing its operations in the same city.

In 1910, the company transitioned to Osterreichische Daimler Motoren AG, which marked a period of growth and development in the automotive sector. The brand was known for producing a range of vehicles, including luxury cars and racing models. In 1928, the company was renamed Austro-Daimler-Puch AG, reflecting a merger with Puch, another Austrian manufacturer. This period saw the introduction of several notable models that contributed to the brand's reputation.

The company faced challenges during the economic difficulties of the early 1930s, leading to its eventual acquisition by Steyr-Daimler-Puch AG in 1934. This acquisition marked the end of the Austro-Daimler brand as an independent entity, although its legacy continued within the larger conglomerate.
