Asquith Brothers was a small manufacturer based in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire, in the United Kingdom, specializing in the production of a replica sports car known as the Asquith Vista.

The Vista was conceived by a Yorkshire-based specialist in the restoration of prewar Riley automobiles. It was designed as a faithful replica of the Riley MPH, originally intended to make use of genuine prewar Riley components. Since sourcing original Riley parts was impractical for most kit car builders, Asquith Brothers went on to develop a Mk2 version of the chassis engineered to accept modern Ford mechanical components, making the car more accessible for enthusiasts wishing to build their own example.

Through this approach, Asquith Brothers contributed to the tradition of British kit car manufacturing, offering builders the opportunity to recreate the character of a classic prewar Riley sports car using more readily available modern running gear.
