The performance-oriented TATA Bolt Sport concept, unveiled at Geneva Auto Salon 2015, demonstrates the direction of TATA’s high-performance vehicles for a new generation of consumers.

The concept is based on the already well equipped TATA Bolt Revotron 1.2T hatchback.

It features engine performance, suspension, brakes and appearance upgrades developed by race engineers.

- A larger turbocharger, a remapped ECU, and a high-flow exhaust system allow the Revotron 1.2T gasoline engine to produce more power and torque for a more exciting driving experience

- Different gear ratios in the transaxle and final drive further enhance the responsiveness

- The engine enhancements are complemented by a track-tuned suspension system and higher-performance brake upgrade kit, featuring performance brake pads

- The suspension kit lowers the ride height for sportier handling and stance

- 17-inch, split-six-spoke wheels complement the lowered look with aggressive style

- The Fire Engine Red exterior harmonises with additional exterior embellishments, which include front bumper with air dam, rear bumper with diffuser styling, side skirts, and a sun roof

- The interior has seats in sporty black leather with red detail and contrast stitching, a visually enhanced dashboard, a leather wrapped steering wheel, gear shift boot with stitch detail, and sport pedal extensions
