On June 19 1999, PATAC unveiled Qin Lin, the first doimestic market oriented concept car designed and developed in China. The creation of "Qilin" is a milestone in the chinese automotive design history. It is the first time fir the Vhinese automotive designers to go through the whole design process from "market survey to concept vehicle build" based on the international standard. PATAC's young designers and engineers fully improved their capabilities on the design, development and build of concept vehicle through the actual work.
