Hadleigh

Hadleigh was a British kit car marque produced by I.P.S. Developments, based in Hadleigh, Suffolk. The Hadleigh was conceived as a kit-built alternative to the Morgan, created to serve buyers frustrated by the long waiting list for a new Morgan car.
