D.E.C.S.A. was a manufacturer based in San Marino, notable for producing the Lisa microcar, which was San Marino's first motor vehicle manufacturer when it appeared in 1982.
The Lisa had conventional-looking two-seater bodywork made of fibreglass. Buyers could choose between 50cc and 123cc single-cylinder engines, or a 250cc twin-cylinder unit. The model was offered in both three-wheeled and four-wheeled configurations.
Sales of the Lisa were supported in France through the distributor Willam. Production of the microcar continued until 1987.
