Country: Belgium

Automobiles Frenay was a Belgian automobile manufacturer based in Liège, active during the early 20th century. The company produced a light car known as the Frenay, which was powered by a 1460cc 10/12 horsepower four-cylinder Ballot engine. This model featured dynamo lighting and an electric starter, showcasing advancements in automotive technology for its time.

The Frenay was first announced at the end of 1913, but production did not commence until May 1914. Unfortunately, the onset of World War I limited the time available for manufacturing, resulting in a small number of vehicles being produced. Despite its brief production run, at least one Frenay car made its way to England, where it was advertised in 1920 at a price significantly higher than its original list price of £250 from 1914.
