Fenix was an early automobile manufacturer based in Barcelona, Spain, operating briefly between 1903 and 1904. The company was founded by Domingo Tdmaro and his partner, Emilio de la Cuadra. Fenix produced a range of vehicles that featured power outputs from 0.75 horsepower to 30 horsepower.

The vehicles were notable for their innovative design, which included a double chain transmission system and a combined gearbox and differential unit. However, the partnership was short-lived, as de la Cuadra eventually left to establish his own company. In 1904, Tdmaro departed from Spain to join the French automobile manufacturer Turcat Mery, marking the end of Fenix's operations. The brand's brief existence contributed to the early automotive landscape in Spain during the early 20th century.
