Company Name: Ernest R. Kelly

Place: Wilmington, Delaware

Country: United States

Acadia was an early American automobile brand established by Ernest R. Kelly in Wilmington, Delaware, during the years 1903 to 1904. The brand is notable for its simple two-seater runabout, which featured a 5-horsepower single-cylinder engine located beneath the seat and utilized a single-chain drive system. The vehicle was designed with wheel steering and included a Renauk-style bonnet.

Despite Kelly's efforts to market the Acadia, which he priced at $600 (with additional costs for wings, lights, and a horn), he never formally established a company. As a result, it is believed that possibly only one Acadia vehicle was ever produced, making it a rare example of early automotive history.
