Fergus Motors was an American automobile manufacturer based in New York, New York. The company operated from 1915 to 1922, during which it produced the Fergus car. After a hiatus, the company resumed operations post-World War II, shifting its focus to importing British vehicles.

In 1949, Fergus Motors introduced a sports car that was based on the Austin A40 sedan. However, this model was produced in extremely limited numbers, with only one unit believed to have been built. The transition from manufacturing its own vehicles to importing foreign models marked a significant change in the company's business strategy during the mid-20th century.
