Fujioka Motor Car Company was a short-lived automobile manufacturer based in Los Angeles, California, operating between 1922 and 1923. The company was founded by Fred J. Fujioka, who was also the manager of the Japanese Automobile Club of Southern California and operated the F. & K. Garage, both located at 231 N. San Pedro Street in Los Angeles.
The company produced a small number of vehicles designed primarily for export to Japan. The car was developed by Earl A. Spencer, who aimed to create a viable small car for the Japanese market. However, only a few units were completed and shipped before the venture ceased operations. Following the company's closure, Fred J. Fujioka returned to managing the garage, while Earl A. Spencer attempted to create another vehicle, which resulted in a single prototype named after himself, but this effort did not advance beyond the initial construction stage.
