Forman Motor Manufacturing Co. Ltd was an automotive company based in Coventry, United Kingdom, that operated from approximately 1904 to 1907. The company was primarily recognized for its expertise in engine manufacturing, supplying power units to various other automotive firms, including Brown, Hallamshire, Horbick, and Velox.
In addition to its engine production, Forman also developed a limited range of automobiles. These vehicles were equipped with either a 12/14 horsepower two-cylinder engine or a 14 horsepower four-cylinder engine, both of which utilized a shaft drive system. Despite its brief existence, Forman contributed to the early automotive industry in the UK through its engine technology and vehicle production.
