Slides Automobiles Bozier was a French automobile manufacturer founded in 1898 in Neuilly, later relocating to Puteaux in 1901. Initially, the company produced tricycles, gearboxes, and various components, and it is believed to have manufactured a few electric vehicles during its early years. The company's foray into petrol-powered automobiles began in 1906 with the introduction of its first car, known as the Mistral. This vehicle featured a 47-horsepower single-cylinder De Dion-Bouton engine, a Bozier-made three-speed gearbox, and a unique shaft drive system. Notably, the crankshaft was positioned at a 45-degree angle to the front axle, and the design lacked a differential.

By 1908, Bozier expanded its lineup to include an 8-horsepower twin-cylinder model and several four-cylinder variants with outputs of 10, 14, and 24 horsepower, all adhering to conventional automotive design principles. The twin-cylinder engine utilized a monobloc manufactured by Bozier, while a 763cc single-cylinder voiturette was introduced in 1911. That same year marked the debut of Bozier's first four-cylinder engine, a 1846cc unit featuring a single overhead camshaft and full-pressure lubrication, indicating a shift towards more advanced engineering.

The company continued to produce a range of four-cylinder cars with engine displacements of 1.7, 2.0, 2.4, and 3.6 liters until 1914. These models included overhead valves until 1913, after which Bozier reverted to side valves for the 1914 production year. Some of the larger models were offered in a Colonial version, designed with increased ground clearance. However, by the end of 1915, only the 1.7-liter 8-horsepower model remained in production, and while Bozier was listed as a manufacturer after World War I, it is unlikely that any vehicles were produced thereafter.
