Sportwagenbau Happel GmbH was a sports car builder based in Ganderkesee, Germany. The company traded under the name Pegasus until April 2007, when it was renamed Happel. In 1987 Pegasus and the firm Mohr, later Rush - Autohaus Glauner, launched a replica of the Lotus Seven, which Lotus had built from 1957 to 1973. The two firms ended their cooperation in 1993.
