The production of the Peugeot 408 in South America has begun. Established in March 2006 by Arash Farboud, the man who is responsible for Farbio/Farboud GTS sportscar (now owned by Ginetta), Arash Motor Company has been developing their first supercar since then. The first non-running mock-up has been shown in British International Motor Show 2006 in London. The design has been revised and now the car features full carbonfibre structure with aluminium honeycomb and nomex panels as well as modular carbon chassis. Side and front windows are made or laminated glass while the rear one is made of plastic. Mid-mounted GM LS7 V8 7-litre engine develops 550hp at 6200 rpm, maximum torque of 555 Nm at 4800 rpm and is mated to 6-speed Graziano GT-ME1 gearbox.

The legendary Lancia Stratos originally designed by Bertone and produced from 1972 until 1974 was manufactured in less than 500 examples. However, this car has become a true rally legend, iconic car which is highly sought-atfer nowadays.The rumours of the Stratos return started in the beginning of August with the first spy shots of the mysterious coupe resembling Fenomenon Stratos concept car from 2005.Currently, it is known that the car has been privately comissioned by a German businessman Michael Stoschek. The new Stratos is said to be desigend by the Jason Castriota, who's currently working with SSC, and is being developed in conjunction with Pininfarina.
The first official teaser of the EvaGT appeared in the middle of June. The latest model ir Morgan's line-up is a modern styled coupe which preserves classic Morgan design traditions. Presented at the 60th Pebble Beach Concours ’Elegance as a static mock-up, the car will be powered by a 3-litre twin-turbocharged straight six BMW engine with direct petrol injection developing 306bhp and 400nm torque respectively. The car wil be manufactuerd in a limited edition and production of first examples should beging in mid 2012. These special edition cars have been created at Bentley’s Crewe headquarters with both models offering a range of striking features specially commissioned for Arabic customers.The Middle East market now represents 10 per cent of Bentley retail sales globally and has doubled its contribution to the worldwide percentage of sales over the last five years. This trend has continued despite the recent global recession.From Bentley’s first dealership in Dubai, the network has grown to become nine-strong in 2010, with dealers in Dubai, Doha, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Jeddah, Riyadh and Al Khobar.
