Besasie Automobile Company Inc. was established around 1993 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The company focused on producing a unique vehicle known as the Baci, which was characterized by its distinctive design and engineering.

The Baci was a neo-classic car that utilized the running gear of the Ford Thunderbird. Its design featured flowing mudguards and a sloped tail, complemented by a small dorsal fin and a steeply sloped body-colored grille. The vehicle was available in both roadster and convertible body styles, appealing to a niche market of automotive enthusiasts.

The Baci was built on a tubular steel space-frame chassis, which extended the length of the Ford platform by 10 inches (254 mm). Additionally, the engine was positioned 20 inches (508 mm) further back than in the original Ford configuration, contributing to its unique driving dynamics. The cars were sold in fully assembled form, catering to customers looking for a distinctive and ready-to-drive vehicle.
