Icona Shanghai brought cover in 2011. A brand-new Italian design and engineering company headquartered in China, revealed a couple of innovative and advanced concept vehicles at the Shanghai back then. The first one was a street scooter – an electric semi-closed three-wheeler named E3WM. The second 2011 model from this Chinese company was the Fuselage. This was like the fresh air in the routine of nowadays.

Top Marques Monaco – perhaps the most exclusive sportscar show - each year hosting a bunch of the most luxurious, exotic and fastest automobiles of the world will be no exception for this season. Open from 18th of April this venue will feature no less than three global premieres of highly exclusive and top performance hand-made machines. Announced in May of 2012, a Dutch supercar Vencer Sarthe will be among of them.It took approximately ten months since first official information about the planned debut was released. However, the team behind the Netherlands’ own supercar was working hard for the last two years.

Detroit Electric is a forgotten name of an electric vehicle manufacturer which was well established in the first half of the last century. Situated in the motor city – Detroit – this maker lived its life until the very end on the 30’s. In 2008, more than 70 years later, the marque was been revived with a straightforward objective to develop and build state-of-the-art models carrying the legendary name in the history of electric vehicles. A revived marque took 5 years for development of its first model which is about to be launched for public very soon at the forthcoming Shanghai Motor Show in China.The first model of the resurrected Detroit Electric will be a limited edition electric sportscar.

“Vehicles of Ultra- lightweight and High-performance” or simply VŪHL is a name of the newly launched company which is going to unveil its first model as soon as July 11th, 2013. The chosen venue for the global premiere will be the Goodwood Festival of Speed in UK – perhaps the most ideal place for the track-oriented supercar that the VUHL 05 is supposed to be.This all-electric high-performance model was conceived by Mexican brothers Iker and Guillermo Echeverria and was designed by their company Etxe. The VUHL itself is a new project for which such renowned companies like Magna Steyr, Multimatic (already known for their development of Korean/Canadian de Macross supercar) and even Ford joined their efforts. It is not surprising that the 05 will be a real multinational product partly developed in UK, Canada and finally assembled in Mexico.

Presented in as early as 2007, the D8 GTO by a small but well established Dutch company Donkervoort has received European Small Series Type Approval. This will make sure that the model will be available not only in European Union, but also in Switzerland, Russia and mid-east countries, as well.A limited-series hand-crafted sportscar – the D8 GTO – will be introduced in production form in April or May with first deliveries being scheduled for the beginning of 2014.The model will use a front-mounted Audi R5 2.5-liter TSFI engine developing from 340 to 380 hp and 450-475 Nm of torque.

A unique carbon fiber masterpiece has been finished just on time to celebrate Swedish company’s tenth anniversary. Moreover, this is the 100th Koenigsegg example built, so naturally it comes packed with very special (or better to say, even more special) attributes and features. The list includes stunning Aircore all-carbon fiber wheels and 24-carat gold inlays wrapping the car all around.Talking about specifications the Hundra shares the same mechanical components as the “standard” Agera S.
